If this is you, I’m open to conversation. Where there’s a good fit, I have a small amount of capacity available to work directly in clients’ operations. This is an option for organizational progress; it is not a “budget consulting” option.
Such conversations are necessarily unique, but think in terms of hiring a fractional senior executive, or perhaps of taking on an engaged equity partner.
